with LiveSlice you can do this by using multiple arrangements. You have to create an arrangement pr. slice, and simply shift the slices in each arrangement.
Because the workflow in LiveSlice is pretty fast, this is no difficult task: you right click the arrangement preview buttons in the lower part of the gui to create copies of the current arrangement then use the buttons with the [<] or [>] symbols to nudge the arrangements. Now simply trigger each arrangement with midi notes.
