Help with EnergyXT

okay guys have question i am using ENERGY XT i also have my VIRUS TI and i use VIRUS CONTROL with it how can i make it so i can setup the sequencer with using the virus because when i doo live record it sux all the midi keys are still a bit off when u export them into a .wav file soo how would i go about syncing the virus ti sounds with energyxt thanks...
