program change/patch management

Hello !
I'm new here!

I use Ableton Live 6.0.3 and would like to buy Sytrus!
I exclusively use VSTi with Ableton Live as host application.

I would like to learn more about program change/patch management with Sytrus.


is it easy to save them?
is it easy to automatize patch change with program change?


I have always the same set for production, for live on the stage.
in production: I duplicate my main live set, I test instrument, I make a song. and for each song I do like that
if I save my live set, does it save the good patch in Sytrus?

for the stage, I like to prepare my live by copy/paste all song in the same live set.
it works fine
it is at this moment I would like to automatize patch change.
on live, I exactly know how to do that!
on Sytrus? should I use a "performance mode" with all my preset list for the live?
if it is like that, how do I find again my patch in the list ? is it possible to save it on the disk for easier search when I'll prepare my live?

and you? what do you do about that ?
