I purchased SpatSurround 2X for OSX via the Buy link on the website http://acousmodules.free.fr/sharewares_en.htm (http://acousmodules.free.fr/sharewares_en.htm). The paypal system went through OK and I received confirmation of the order via email. I do have 2 complaints though.

1. Minor complaint: The price is quoted at 6 euros but actually cost 8.

2. Very Major complaint: HOW TO I GET TO MY NEWLY PURCHASED SOFTWARE PLEASE!!!!

I've tried emailing mediasonie@free.fr (mailto:mediasonie@free.fr) every day with no response.

Does anyone else have any dealings with this guy or have I been ripped off?

I am really sorry and I apologize to you both for the delay and the price mistake (corrected now !).

I was in holidays and have changed some parameters in the antispam filtering of the mails... It is not an excuse, just an explaination.

I have just sent you the plugin.
Have you well received it ?

For the 2 euros difference, I can refund you, or if you prefer, I can send you another OS X plugin of your choice as a compensation.
It is like you prefer.
If you think that you have been "reeped off", I can refund you of the total amount.

Up to now, I think that people had not dealings with "this guy" and, of course, I hope that it will never happen
