Freezing Halion 3 in Sonar 5

This seems to be a problem with just Halion..

I go to freeze a Halion 3 track (in Sonar 5).
Once done, notes of a slightly longer length (i.e. about 1 second or more) cut off sharply before the duration of the original midi notes have come to their end.

I've tried this with two different sample programs with the same result.

Any Halion users give me any insight as to what is causing this?

I have Kompakt too, but freezing that works fine.
