Don’t agree with you. And so far I haven’t reproduced any crashes reported here. Will do further tests with multiple instances and while there’s real-time playbackJoaquinAce wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2019 12:47 am I really like Synthmaster One, but this version 1.2 is still in alpha. I assume your intention was to use the KVR forum as your pre-beta/first beta testers, since this version is not public beta quality.
You might disagree but the fact is that currently its far from stable. Yeah sure, with other plugins there are sometimes isolated cases due to a user setup, admin privileges etc, but what you see here are numerous different crashes across the board, which just show our definition of "public beta" is different. I really hope you can get it stable soon since like using it. I'll test it further on Studio One and Cubasekv331 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2019 5:34 amDon’t agree with you. Not sure I would call it an Alpha. That's a bit of a stretch.JoaquinAce wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2019 12:47 am I really like Synthmaster One, but this version 1.2 is still in alpha. Most of the DAWs use fixed size buffers. Fixed size buffers is a must for us, especially for SIMD processing. Buffer size a multiple of 16 samples is necessary for SIMD. I remember having changed the code for variable size buffers (the engine adjusts internal buffer size dynamically to a multiple of 16 samples). I will visit that code again when working towards SM3.
