The A4 makes beautiful lead sounds. Very expressive with midi controllers. I’ve rarely seen videos of it being played via keyboard. It’s capability in that area seems underused.

I have a Voltage Research Laboratory arriving next week! Very excited about that one. Be fun to sample that into the Rytm!

I keep checking my email to see if there are any updates to the shipping date for my Behringer Crave and RD-8, but they both still show January 3rd as the date...

...dammit!

Hmm choices..
The Behringer interface does look like a good bang for the buck as long as the sonics are decent. The main downside I see is that, from looking at a chart of RT latency tests on various interfaces, it appears one can get anywhere from 5 to 7ms less latency from a MOTU or RME interface at a given buffer setting. With the MOTU Ultralite AVB being only around $300 more than the Behringer, I think I'm leaning that way for my next interface.

Well the Analog 4 MKII just arrived an hour ago.. been listening to the sounds and patterns. I must say I'm very very impressed by this new version. It's a lovely wedge shape and seems to have a ton of connectivity. The Analog Rytm MKII comes tomorrow as I ordered that a day later than this. I am seriously thinking of adding a second Analog 4 MKII to my setup just for extra poly and a fantastic sound.

Mwahaha, on the first glimpse i've mistaken the Kyra for an MPC2000 :dog:

Have fun with your new toys, though personally i wouldn't get a second A4, but i'm of course not you :tu:
The GAS is always greener on the other side!
