How do I make a Sugar Bytes account without buying a plugin from them firsthand?

I’m planning on buying WOW2 second hand, but to do so I would need to have their license be transferred to my account. However, I cannot seem to make an account. From what I can see, it seems like an account is made when you buy a plugin off the site. Am I wrong? Is there a way to make an account without buying anything, or somewhere I can put the license transfer and make the account? Please help, thank you.

I could be wrong but it appears that when the seller pays for a license transfer they only need to submit the buyer’s email. I think the only way to create an account is either buying something or registering a serial number. So I’m guessing that Sugar Bytes would send you an email with the serial after the seller pays the transfer fee and gives them your email address.

For anyone else wondering this, Sugar Bytes emailed me saying that yes, a new serial is made with a license transfer.
