Was wondering if the new version of Waveform offered the feature?

Well, you can...but it merges them into one long clip, just as with previous versions.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Ah, that's what I was afraid of. Sure makes things really tedious when ya wanna reverse multiple areas of track performance.

Indeed. There are advantages to keeping an audio track broken into smaller clips, though, especially when making small edits to one tiny part in an otherwise long passage.

I had a tune I was messing with a few weeks back, and wanted to see what it sounded like if I reversed the whole performance of the guitar. In order to do so, I had to make splits and flatten at just about every measure. 8)

Plus, I don't think it lets you reverse multiple clips either.
