Would be great to have a Scene Arrangement section on the TimeLine. (basically how Maschine works). Scenes on the TimeLine are Hard-linked copies to those on the matrix and essentially locked, but possibly can be converted to a non-Scene section (with an option to revert the destructive edits back to the original clip from the scene)
Any instance of the Scene on the TimeLine (arrangement screen) will be updated if that Scene is updated.
So for instance if the Scene is shrunk from 4 bars to 2 bars then that section on the timeline will also shrink to 2 bars. (Needs consideration about what happens to extra tracks added on the TimeLine that are not part of the scene)
If a clip is added to a new track in the scene, it will then appear for any instance of that Scene on the TimeLine
Best explained with an illustration... (not actual UI suggestion but to explain the concept).
Basically the TimeLine could contain Scene 1 | Scene 2 | Scene 3 | Scene 2 | Scene 2 | Scene 3 | Scene 1 etc
Rather than a track though it could be a section of the time ruler that can be toggled below the main timer ruler
See this Maschine video from Jeff Gibbons around the 14 minute mark

Thinking about it, from my original mockup that Scene Track space at the top could also have a use in the Matrix window. A place to insert a “Logic Block” that says “Play N times then go to…”
