Trying to recreate the drums from these two songs. They sound like electronic drum samples layered but I can’t seem to figure it out. The snare and kick both sound saturated and compressed too, any drum samples or packs that would get me super close?

I don't think the samples themselves are as important as the processing. Using some nice tape saturation can make even an 808 kit sound organic. Tape saturation will usually roll off the high end in a music way, add some subtle harmonic distortion and glue all the pieces together.
