Bandcamp Payment Prossessing Fees at 11%?

I've just sold a download on Bandcamp Friday for £1. The "payment processor fees" are £0.11 so 11%. But Bandcamp says that those fees are normally 1-2% ish.

Is it because I'm in the UK and they are in the US?

For transactions greater than or equal to $8.07, the transaction fee is 1.9% + $0.30 when your fan uses PayPal, 2.9% + $0.30 when paying with a gift card, and 2.2% + $0.30 when your fan uses a credit card. For smaller transactions (under $8.07) we minimize the fee by automatically switching to the payment processor’s alternate rate of 5% + $0.05.

When we send you a bulk payout, PayPal’s fee is 1% of the total payout amount, capped at $1.

Fees may vary depending on geographic location or payment method.

On my all-time sales they've taken 11.5% for revenue share and 5.8% for payment processing.

Looking at individual items, the percentages are really all over the place.

thanks. I missed that there is a flat $.3 charge plus the percentage.
