Does Ample Sound use more CPU or RAM?

It's exactly as the title says.
I'm using an Intel i5-12600K with 32GB of ram.
However, this time I am planning to switch to Apple's new M3 MacBook Pro.

Even now, when I use Kontakt and a few other ample sound guitars, I feel bad because I hit CPU peaks. In this case, I think it would be better to rely on the stability of the Mac rather than assembling it.

I decided on 16 inches,
I need to decide on other options.
The options I am currently considering are as follows:
1. M3 Pro / 36GB / 2TB
2. M3 Max / 36GB / 1TB
This option is roughly the most I can afford to pay.
I would like to increase the RAM, but it is difficult because I need to upgrade the CPU at the same time.
The VSTs I mainly use are:
Acoustic piano sounds, BFD drums, Ample Sound guitars, Kontakt (I use it quite a bit. Shreddage and TSS from Impact Soundworks, and more).

I'm hoping for recommendations from forum users. Also, in the case of the vst I use, I would like to know if it uses a lot of CPU or RAM.
(Please give an example, such as how many kontakt tracks are possible. Please note that I do not use Serum, so please exclude this comparison.)

I think more to CPU. Sometimes I open 4-5 ample sound plugins and if the note or midi are too much my daw will glitch
