Bitwig 5 RAM or CPU recommendation

Hello,
I am running Bitwig Studio 5.
This is my laptop specifications :
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2712 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 12.0 GB
Windows: 10(x64)

Bitwig 5 minimum requirement for RAM is only 4 Gigabytes. My RAM is 12 Gigabytes!
But when I run some built-in multisample instruments(for example Grand Piano, Guitar,...) my memory usage goes at 70% percent!
In addition, I set Plug-in Hosting Mode to within Bitwig (Least resources).

Is 70% RAM usage okay? When all the programs are closed it stays at 28%.
What should I do to use less RAM?

Even further, should I change my RAM/CPU?

I'd say you are overthinking this, 70% RAM usage is fine. There isn't any benefit to having unused RAM, and so operating systems and programs are designed to use as much of the available ram as possible in order to make everything faster.
