Which sounds best? High, medium, low, or doesn't really matter?

My friend insists my vocals sound better pitch shifted, I don't hear it but maybe that's my own bias. I just wanna get some outside opinions on which version sounds better before I start releasing again. If anyone can take a minute to listen to these 3 short clips and lmk what you think? One's high pitch, one's medium pitch, ones low pitch. Which version sounds best? Or does it not even make much of a difference? I'm not gonna say which is my natural voice and which is pitch shifted to avoid bias.

Here's a playlist of the 3 clips:

A bit too much sibilance in the high version.
The low version has more character, but at the cost of a little artificiality (which isn't necessarily a flaw).
Mid sounds oddly "impeded" i. e. muffled or distant…

A purely subjective feeling, of course
