Has anyone used this yet? I just found out about it. It's s all royalty free but I'm not so sure about this. At least some of the files generated have got to be coming from copyrighted material i'm guessing.

The files come from Output's Arcade loop libraries. They are assembled, key shifted, and tempo adjusted according to the prompt you provide. You can use them in your music, but you cannot resell them as-is. Unlike Texttosample, the music is not generated by the A.I.
