Ambience by Smartelectronix issues

Hi there, I can not find this plugin within Reason 12, I have not had this issue before, I have downloaded several plugins recently where you need to transfer the .dll file into the VST folder and for some reason this one does not work (downloaded from PB) any advise?

I am using Windows 11.

PB page explicitly says Ambience is a 32-bit plugin. Reason 12 doesnt support 32-bit plugins.
