Pitch Bend & Mod Wheel Issue in Studio One 6

I am having an issue in Studio One 6.2,1 recording pitch bend and mod wheel midi info. It seems that when I record pitch or mod midi, there are two CCs being recorded. For pitch bend S1 records pitch bend and M-Pitch bend info. For Modulation S1 records Modulation and M-Vibrato. This is causing inconsistent midi playback of Pitch and Mod. My workaround is manually deleting M-Pitch and M-Vibrado midi recorded so that only pitch bend and modulation midi is left. This allows for proper playback. Is there a fix I can do on my end for this? This only happens with ample sound instruments
