Do Mellowmuse plugins come with any presets?

Only the IR1A convolution reverb, I don't include presets with the eq and dynamics processors as settings are so dependant on the material.

Not really, presets aren't made with your specific source material in mind, so they'll either be way off or need tweaking anyway.
