Drumtree sync problem

Hi, I have a problem with Drumtree jazz drums. Patterns that I draw in to Cubase DAW are not in sync. Does anyone else have this problem and have a solution for this. I use Macbook pro, Cubase 10.5, and Kontakt

We have not received any other similar reports or inquiries.
Since the drum tree does not interfere with the DAW's sequence timing, I think you should check the Cubase track settings.
