PatchWork installation issue

just purchased and installing Patchwork for the first time on a solid/reliable WIN10 studio PC
despite several attempts at installing, uninstalling and reinstalling it in 3 different VST3 locations, i can't see the PatchWork app/plug anywhere ... it doesn't show as standalone in the WIN start menu, doesn't show as a VST plug in Ableton Live, Maschine or Studio One
BlueCat folders are there in install locations but PatchWork itself remains hidden from all my apps and Windows ... every install seems to go without a hitch but still nothing
any suggestions?

Hi,
Thank you for your purchase. The Application is a separate installer (see the Win-x64 App download, also named "Standalone application".
For the plug-ins, have you made sure to install the Win-x64 installers (64-bits)? Most applications are 64-bit nowadays, so that's what you want to install in most cases.
Also, do you get any error message/log in the applications? They will usually report issues when scanning the plug-ins.
