BUG: Bass v3.6 Scaling Glitch (100% Reproducible)

If I scale any of the new basses to 125% & 150% or more, then go to the FX Section, none of the buttons work and I get these screen glitches (see attached screenshots).

Bug verified by tech support. They are working on a fix.
For a temporary work-a-round, turn on the "Disable OpenGL" checkbox ... and that will fix it
