CPU jumps and dropouts with pitch bend?

It happens to any preset apparently. And the MW & the mod knobs are not taxing the CPU (that much).

Testing Sylenth1, the CPU jumps a bit when moving the pitch bend.
And checking Serum, the pitch bend is not affecting on the CPU
