After my purchase was successful, I received an email from them asking me to provide my student certificate. I have sent my image of my student certificate to them, but I have not received any response.

It is very difficult for us to deal with such problems from here. Please go to our site and open a support ticket. We activate Accademic licenses within 1 day. There are currently no pending academic license requests in the system. Most likely, you registered with the wrong e-mail address or our e-mail sent to you fell into junk e-mail.
