Browser navigation

Hello all,
In the manual it states that the arrow keys function to navigate the browser,not the pads,when the browser is open.
I have to first click on an item in the browser before the arrow keys are usable in the browser.
As per the manual I understand it to be that the arrow keys automatically navigate the browser when its open with out having to select an item first.
Is this the wanted behavior?
I'm using Cubase 12 Pro on WIN10 if that's in any way relevant.

Yes, the browser doesn't seem to take focus, thanks for reporting that.
