Files not saving

Hello,
I bought the license two days ago and everything worked as it should.
Today, all of a sudden, the Photosounder stopped saving any aduio output, both wav&Aiff

I reinstalled it, restarted the computer several times but without any succes. When I select the save option, the mouse cursor remains in loading phase and the application isn't responding. I do not get any crash report file.

What can be done?
