Hi,

I have already created a support ticket for this (#3997) but I did not get any response, which is why I am reaching out to you on this way: I have bought a SN4RE license on 09.03.2022 via PayPal but I did not receive the authorization number. I already checked my spambox but there was nothing in it. Could you help me, please?

Ok, there seems to be a problem with the PayPal-API, which is used by the 2getheraudio-shop. I tried to purchase the authorization number a second time. But this time I paid with credit card. It worked. The website showed the number and I also got a mail with it. Now I am just waiting for the PayPal support to transfer the money from the failed first purchase back to me.
