I'm trying to replicate the same envelope shape from FL Studio in TX16Wx. See below.
Any idea how to accomplish that?

Set sample to one-shot. Sustain will then be bypassed, and the effective envelope will be more or less the same.

Then I suggest you post an audible example of what you expect, and your effort so far (as a program + same sample), and maybe it will be clearer exactly what you want and what fails.

The concept of envelope seems to be different. Well, bad luck. Any plans to implement the one from FL Studio as a second option in TX16Wx?

Again, you refuse to explain what the actual problem is. Describe the issue, preferably with examples, and perhaps you will get a useful answer.

Envelopes are visualized differently but you can get the same shape in TX16Wx.
Decay 1 = Hold in FL
Level 2 = Always at max
Decay 2 = Decay in FL
Then set Sustain as you want and Release to 0. Curves all to 0%. The "knee" that is there just denotes it's a sustain segment - that's a visualization choice.
I just tried it and it is totally analogous to FL like this. FL is not helpful at all because envelope times are 0-100% not (milli)seconds.
