I purchased Hydra yesterday and for the most part it sounds ok. However, after every palm mute note played there is a horrible amount of simulated string noise. Is there a way of turning this "humanisation" feature off? I've adjusted gain and eq settings in an attempt to mask it but with no success. Honestly it sounds like a beginner guitarist playing with distortion for the first time and it's making me regret purchasing this product.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's the "unpitched releases", which you can either completely disable on TACT tab (not recommended), or adjust volume (recommended, also on TACT tab) and timing window in which they would play in Advanced->Release Time Windows.
