FH-2 and tempo synced LFO's

I'm very new to FH-2. I've managed to follow the tutorial videos and to connect various devices in it. Works great! But I'm lost when I try to set up FH-2 to output tempo synced LFO's (i.e. for internal tempo). I understand the settings when I try to read the LFO part in the manual. But my brain goes offline when I try to configure the settings in the web tool. An simple example (or screenshot of configuration tool settings) would greatly reduce my confusion.

Remember that the config tool is for setting which CCs control the LFOs, not for setting up the LFOs themselves.
