Has anybody been able to get a response from PSP's support lately? I'm trying to transfer a license to another user and haven't been able to get it done despite having contacted them three times now since last Sunday. I know they've been to NAMM, but the silence is bothering me. Luckily the buyer is patient (thanks!), still I don't want to let him wait.
