Im guessing anything that uses a sleighbell sound. Most gm soundbanks will probably get you close :shrug:

I have one preset with Frank Snneinatra vocal going trough a granular engine and pitch shifting then Modular FX's, not sure if that helps...

Orchestral samples? Lots of bell sounds. Most xmas music is about cheery compositions rather than special instruments.. case in point:
