Fixed Scrolling through Presets bug

There is a 64-bit version of Aegis available now. Preset loading saving might not work.

i notice the graphic elements are in the download folder for Aegis, does this mean it can be re-skinned?

I have tested changing the knobs and it works. You will probably have to modify the corresponding text file for the knob too. I haven't tested if you can change the fonts. Their settings are in the global file. You can not change the background or move any elements. To change the background completely I would have to change it from vector graphics to a bitmap. (Not difficult to do, but results in a bigger file size).
This is for Lynx, but Aegis should be the same.

He does make some good filters which I could use in future projects. Even though that's not a proper collaboration, but he has helped me a lot before.
