Me like
Nice mix and pretty professional production as well. Radio Ready I would say.

Well, that was a pleasant Thursday morning listen! A well-constructed, simple pop song that makes the most of that sus4 chord that U2 and Coldplay utilize so well. I like how you gave your voice centre stage in the mix.
Personal preference: the sound was too reverb-y for my taste, which gives it an 80s vibe that might be intentional (?). The composition and arrangement could use a bit more complexity, something unexpected to make it stand out more. Still, for what it is, a really nice tune. Well done!

Thank you very much for your feedback and kind words. Very interesting to read. Regarding the reverb, yeah im hopelessly stuck in the 80´s.ariston wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 6:56 am Well, that was a pleasant Thursday morning listen! For a moment I thought to point to the vocal reverb, but it actually sounded intentional to me... and I'm very much stuck in that era sound-wise as well

This is the very first track here that has a perfect loudness. Congratulations, really a pleasure to listen to! Most of the track submissions are overmastered, oversaturated, unlistenable. The song is very good in all aspects of composition, mix and mastering. Well done and all the best to you!kloon wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 6:28 am New song, done to the best of my abilitiles. Nice tune. I'm also stuck in 80s 90s I imagine this song plays at the end credit of an 80s movie, with a car driving while zooming out, credit starts rolling..
Very nice vibe

Great tune. Excellent clear mix.
(I would have liked the drums to be a little louder with some fills and variations.)

I agree with Frantz. Drums could be a little louder. But mix is nice and clean and clear. Very good song and very well done. I'm genuinely impressed. Good luck with it.

Like the vocals, the lyrics have a message.
Could have done with a "bridge" somewhere, with a contrasting vibe.
But, overall really, really liked it.

Nice song, well performed and arranged, but everything sounds a long. long way away (too much overall reverb imho), especially the guitars and drums ... unless that's the intention of course.
