It looks like Ml 4000 has saturation, while Ml 8000 is cleaner. He 8000 description doesn't say anything about saturation.

Perhaps the ideal is the ML4000 is suited to track mixing and the ML8000 is for mastering.

So finally I have all the presets in the VST3 version.
The installer had put them in a location that wasn't recognized by the plugin.
I moved them to where they should be (My documents\VST3 presets\ McDSP\6050 Ultimate CS) and they are all there now in Cubase
