Padshop (Pro) sample location? Steinberg sucks and feels so old... extra offensive :)

Doesn't the Steinberg library manager allow you to move this folder elsewhere? I'm not near my pc now and can't check padshop specifically but last year I installed the manager and moved all of the halion, groove agent, and any sampled content I could see to a big non system drive.

Love Steinberg's stuff, but I'm not liking their file management system at all.
It can take some serious digging to even find something in the first place,
much less trying to ensure that there's no snags when moving it.
