Never used Iris but just discovered Arca and he uses it. So anything in that direction, I'm welcoming.

So something similar to Iris/Iota/Mashtactic/F-REX in MSF?

From the website:
MSoundFactory plans
MSoundFactory is a modular environment, so we can freely add new modules for various methods of sampling and synthesis. Here's a list of what is planned. When it will be implemented depends on the development time and priorities of course. Feel free to post other ideas to us at info@meldaproduction.com .
Features
Virtual keyboard in the bottom, collapsible
MIDI filtering for modules, most likely based on custom expressions
Optimal microtuning - detuning each note in a chord for optimal alignment of harmonics
Custom GUIs, based on images, lower priority
Instrument browser hash-tag search
Global instrument preset browser, which would allow access not just to the devices, but their own presets, all in one place
Modules
Per-voice equalizer
Sampler & Multi-sampler (current samplers are for percussion only)
Spectral synthesizer, most likely image based
Granular synthesizer
So, you see the image based spectral synthesis is planned. Happy days

Thanks for the info.
But image based spectral synthesis is at the bottom of the list!
I bought MSF for the promised sampler.
So I am happy and would be happier if any of my Feature Requests in part or in full are implemented.
I trust Vojtech will do a great job as usual.

The list merely contains plans, not an order.
The sampler will most likely NOT meet your expectations, as V has his own vision and set of interpretations. There will be plenty of surprises on both ends of the spectrum so tighten your safety belt!

I am sure he likes to hear our suggestions.
repeat
"I trust Vojtech will do a great job as usual"
yes, certainly "The sampler will most likely NOT meet" my expectations in some areas
and exceed them in others. I bought the MSF knowing all this.

You guys are awesome. I'm so glad I supported you at first place. It was a great decision. I can imagine, MSF will replace such things as Halion from Steinberg easily. That would be amazing. Keep it up guys. Cheers
