No. That's not inserted into the DAW's audio path, so any changes it makes to the EQ curve of the audio would not be rendered with that audio. Only the plug-in alters the audio before it leaves your DAW.

If your DAW supports it, you can place Sonarworks in the Monitoring plugins section that is bypassed when rendering. I put all my monitoring plugins there even if they theoretically do not modify the sound. Not taking chances, avoiding latency compensation issues in the render path, clear delineation of the plugin's role, and the sheer convenience of it.
