SynthMaster 2.9 Player setup unable to create directory AppData\Local\Temp

Dear KVR

Recently bought SynthMaster 2.9 Player VSTi/AAX for Windows 32bits/64bits Installer
from KV331 Yazilim Limited Sirketi SynthMaster Player 50%+10% OFF: $13

And tried to install it under Windows 7. This error message :
Setup was unable to create the directory C:\Users\users\AppData|Local\Temp\is-6L0Ev.tmp
Error 5: Toegang geweigerd
(dutch for access denied).

i tried several options for this error 5: running the exe file as administrator, following tips from Microsoft fora and help files, for instance https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 855?auth=1. But nothing works.
Any tips?

Anyways, did you have a prior installation for SynthMaster Player ?

Try to delete my documents/synthmasterplayer folder first. Also delete c:\program files\kv331 audio\synthmaster player
