Looking like the Pigments engine has been added to Analog Lab as Arturia have new presets available which can be used in both, servers also slammed. So likely Pigments will be going into V7 unless they start splitting stuff up into multiple product lines

I could see it going either way, Pigments is different than the other synths, since they're all heavily modeled on hardware synths. I always though V Collection meant vintage collection, and Pigments is a modern synth with a modern design.
Spark was a modern drum machine though, and it can easily be argued that a lot of the V Collection plug ins are reminiscent of the hardware, not straight copies, with modern FX and automation features.

Vintage or Virtual - or they might want to call it Vondervull collection in the future...

This seems more like herb talk than the sauce. :hihi:

Pigments is such a pleasure to create sounds on. The modulation matrix is amazing!! I hope they continue to add features though. I have done over 200 patches and I still have a lot of inspiration left on this synth!

I am loving this more and more, but geez I want a 3rd engine in it.

I installed the updates, but dont see any place where I can add pigments to Analog Lab 3? Has anyone else been successful in finding Pigments in that interface? It's something I have been hoping would come about (the ability to stack, layer, split Pigments with the other Arturia intruments). Just not seeing it anywhere in the interface, even after the update?

Post

The update hasn't dropped yet or there's a server issue, last update was Jan but can't see any Pigments resources in there. The new presets are meant to be usable in Analog Lab so probably not a good idea releasing stuff when everyone has gone on holiday.

Do you have a bank for sale?

Post

Not from New Loops no. I have been working with Arturia and making the patches for them.
