Looking for a map that details all electronic music's genres and sub genres.

The only accurate map of the world is the world itself.
I guess the old Ishkur's Guide is down, and way overdue in when he said it was going to be updated.
There's also http://everynoise.com/ but it's got some total bullshit in there. I suspect any attempted map does, though.

It's a fools errand in 2019 IMO. There is so much wildly idiosyncratic electronic and dance music around now that you can't hope to pigeonhole even half of it. Even record stores and music journalists have mostly stopped trying - you're way more likely to find a qualitative description of the music than you are a genre name in such places these days. You'll always have your classic 'foundation' sounds like house and techno and the like, and a few 'movements of the moment' occasionally pick up names (e.g., what was eventually christened 'deconstructed club' several years after it first appeared), but in the post-internet era, sounds tend to propagate and mutate way too quickly to be pinned down in any meaningful sense.

You want Ishkur's guide, no doubt:
http://techno.org/electronic-music-guide/
Here in my mobile browser it says plugin not supported / cannot be loaded.
But today you have jusr EDM, pop, trance, reggaeton and that's it. Like music of 70 years ago is now just named either Jazz or Rock'nRoll, names we give come and go. Like inuit have a dozen names for (different types of) snow.

We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

While you're waiting for Ishkur's site to come back up, head over to Digitally Imported: https://www.di.fm/
While it won't give you a map of all the electronic genres, it will give you nearly 100 channels of genre-specific curated electronic music so you can make your own comparisons.
