Ample Guitar G II: Fret Position Reset/Lock? (Not Capo)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to set back a fret position using the ample guitar G II without using capo (I don't want everything transposed) or having to play a note that will set the fret position back to where I want it. As of now I have a project which I want set to fret position 5 (I do this manually by using my mouse on the string and dragging so that the position is set before the loop begins to play. However because I'm using sliding notes the fret position ends on around fret 8 and when it loops again onto fret 12 and so forth. Is there anyway to have the fret position jump back to fret position 5 automatically without me having to stop the loop, re open the plugin and drag my mouse on the strings? Thanks.

And I figured it out, should've read the manual to begin with. My bad

Just set the keyswitch of slide (E0) to a low velocity (1-63), it will not changes capo anymore.
