A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine

When I link to the page to resolve, I'm given several link options, non of which I understand.
Visual Studio IDE (download for windows)
Visual Studio Team Services
Visual Studio Code (download for windows)

Which of these do I require to resolve the issue. And, since I know nothing of this, will downloading your suggestion alter anything other software using Windows such as Sonar, photoshop, etc.?
