It's so useful in 'Vintage' to not have to place an eq, after.

I know there is no space left on the gui, but I thought it might be a case of a simple switch to use the high cut as a dual-functioning slider (Obviously it would be able to hold data for both high/low-cuts, albeit only able to display one at a time).

Funny, I had this exact same idea yesterday, would make a near-perfect product even perfect-er!
I've gotten spoiled by the EQ options on VVV, Plate, and UberMod.

I'm curious to know if this was a deliberate design choice though, since the plugin has been out for so long.

Sean posts every few weeks to say that adding features post release has a likelihood of breaking project compatibility in some DAWs, so he won't do it. And this feature was requested a few times already, going back years. Maybe one day he'll get around to a 2.0 version and include some more EQ and filtering options, who knows. For now, you can always just add an EQ or filter on your reverb bus pre or post ValhallaRoom.
