engine dont work in Waveform and fl studio

after i update to w10 creators update. engine dont work in tracktion waveform and fl studio12.
i see if i play keyboard or midi notes in piano roll midi comes in but no sound. and modwheel etc dont work too after update. i reinstall windows older version and works fine. i install the update and not working.
in sonar it works.
anyone have the same issue?
