Hi,
Seems I missed the sinking of this boat and recently purchased a used Receptor 1, rev. C.
The previous owner is willing to assist me to de-register this so I can re-register it in Plugorama... But with Muse now gone, how does a new owner (ME) obtain permissions to upload new stuff on this machine??
Any suggestions??

Hello
You cant register or de register.
Muse seem to have gone.
There is a roumour that another company has baught them but we are all still waiting for news about that.
Registering the unit was neccessary to:
A.Upgrade the software on the unit.
B.Register new plugins that you baught from the muse webshop.
C.warranty and support.
And as all of the above are for the time being not possible registering the unit would be pointless even if you could do it.
I suppose you could try sending them an E-mail but i doubt you will get an awnser.
You can still install stuff on your Receptor and you can still download the receptorized install packages from the muse sight so all is not lost so to speak.But you should backup your receptor and read everything on the forum so you knowe what you are doing.Muse support will not help you.
