I sent you guys a support request because it's kind of urgent that I get the piano working pronto.
Windows 7 64bit, Reaper
All parts of the D seem to have downloaded correctly, and Kontakt 5 instantiates properly... however, attempting to activate via NI's Service Center fails. This error has been documented previously if you Google for it, but there's only a dead link to a fix on the Galaxypianos site, which I cannot find.
Error while writing files to disk. Adding the library has failed

This user, however, was running Mac Os with Snow Leopard, but the error is identical.
If I remove the Library from Kontake and readd it, I can get the Demo version of Galaxy to work for a single instance, but on further launching of my DAW, after that it just goes back to asking me to activate it.
I have the newest version of both Kontakt 5 player and NI Service Center.
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Jeff Rosenberg
