I WANT my mod wheel (in Tau Pro, that is)...

What host are you using? you should be able to map from your modwheel to any CC you like in most hosts these days...

I'm using Cakewalk Home Studio 2002. Don't really have a grasp of midi mapping, but it seems that I can only do it globally. If I map it away from where it normally goes it'll mess with everything else, besides Tau Pro (or so it seems to me... maybe I'm mistaken?).

That's a toughie, I don't know that particular host very well at all

so I don't quite know what to suggest. Any other Cakewalk users out there?

Maybe host it under Chainer or EnergyXT, if they do mapping?
