Can't find media files

Hi,
I recently upgraded my laptop hard drive, after which I reinstalled Cantible and copied my session and media files back to the new drive. When I try to open my Cantible sessions, I get an error saying that my media files cannot be located. Which is fine, but I can't seem to find an option within Cantible to easily re-link the audio files (a standard feature in pretty much everything I've ever used). Am I missing something? I hate the thought of having to rebuild all my sessions, and I'd like to be able to easily switch computers in the future if I need to. Is there some sort of media re-linking feature (or a workaround) that someone knows of?
