Why No Sales Notifications Sent to Email??

I missed the last sale because I wasn't notified and didn't see announcement.

I just saw that there's a sale on now that started a month ago and ends today.

I wasn't notified and I'm a customer who owns multiple Ilya instruments.

Do you no longer send emails to customers??

I'm not eager to buy anything else. The least you could do is send out a courtesy notification to customers who have purchased from you.

We appreciate our customers and we try not to impose a permanent mailing. Personally, I always will unsubscribe if the developer sends me letters weekly as it doing many major company.

Sorry if it is too much trouble for you. I like to hear when you have sales. That's usually when I would buy.
You might generate some more business that way.

There is no problem. we just do not want to bother our dear customers once again. We will notify our customers whenever we offer discounts. And we will not submit a proposal for those who have already purchased these products.
